An identity for an environmental organisation, highlighting the plight of man’s effect on the world. Finding a unique and simple narrative for an idea was at the heart of Gemma’s solution for Earth Aid and the gift of certain typographic forms helped her to achieve this. An example of how important it is to look within a word for a particular observation or spatial relationship.
Another important aspect of the logo was it’s ability to work in one colour and be easily applied; Pollution as the central theme helped here, giving the reader a stark reminder of industry and the destruction it can cause.
