One of three posters that Charlotte created in response to the D&AD ‘Horror Poster’ competition. In this case, she promoted the Hitchcock film ‘The Birds’, playfully combining hand drawn typography with illustrations to evoke the drama of the film. The simplicity of the supporting typography created a foil to the complexity of the illustration and provided scale to the image. Charlotte is now working as a junior designer in London for the innovative design consultancy, Studio Myerscough.
